We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our friendly team, supporting clients in their own homes.
Location: Oxford
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available
Salary: £12.90 - £13
About the Role:
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will be providing personal care, companionship, and practical support to individuals within the community, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Supporting with medication and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light household duties
- Escorting clients to appointments and activities
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A caring, empathetic, and patient nature
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK/ switch available
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided
