Deputy Care Manager
Qualifications: NVQ level 4/5 with a minimum of 3years managerial experience with practical experience of providing support for people with Mental Disorder Responsible to: Registered Person
BASIC SKILLS REQUIREMENTS(including numeracy, literacy and English speaking abilities:
Experience in Mental Health
Experience of staff supervision and training/team leading
To have a working knowledge of the CQC regulatory framework and understand how implementation of the standards/outcome measures can facilitate improvements to service delivery needs.
Day to day running of the home. Responsible for managing, monitoring and improving service delivery to ensure that people who live in Medihands receive a complete person centred care service. To be available for sleep-in duties and to take on call duties
Administration skills to include computer literacy
The post holder will deputise in the absence of the Care Manager to ensure consistent leadership and management
