Location: Croydon
We are looking for an experienced Gold Card Electrician / Electrical Tester to join a growing M&E team working across social housing and residential properties.
The Role
You will be carrying out a mix of:
- EICR testing and inspection
- Electrical remedial works
- PAT testing
- Communal area electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs
- Consumer unit and circuit works
- Completing certification and compliance paperwork
Requirements
- JIB Gold Card
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience in testing, remedials, and domestic electrical maintenance
- Social housing experience is desirable
- Full UK driving licence
