About Us:
We are a very well established, busy, private cosmetic dental clinic in central London, seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide excellent patient care, manage appointments, and maintain our practice's administrative systems. While this is predominantly a front of house role, a flexible all-rounder would suit our clinic perfectly.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a 'five star' warm and friendly approach. Answer phone calls, and respond to enquiries in the same manner
- Manage appointments, bookings, and patient records
- Handle payments, process invoices, and maintain financial records
- Maintain a clean, organized, well-structured reception area that drives the whole clinic, on a daily basis
- Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and team members
- Support the senior team leads and clinical team with administrative / adhoc tasks as needed
-1 day per week chairside dental nurse
-Additonal adhoc nursing may be needed to meet the needs of the clinic
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Experience with dental software (or willingness to learn) Exact
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with a proactive mindset
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor for patients and colleagues
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- CPR certification
-Registered Dental Nurse with GDC

- Flexible working approach required, you may be required to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month
