No two days are the same here. One day you're writing emails and creating scripts. The next you're on the streets of London filming content, pitching our CEO to podcast hosts, or coordinating a live event. You'll be involved in everything: promotions, social, newsletters, stages, campaigns, and you'll see your work convert in real time.

What you'll be doing:
- Involved in every aspect of marketing: email, events, content, PR, social
- Writing email campaigns and newsletters that drive registrations and sales
- Promoting our virtual and in-person events end to end, from campaign build-out to sell-out
- Getting our CEO in front of audiences: podcast bookings, speaking stages, media opportunities
- Coordinating content production on filming days in London, making it happen, not just watching
- Managing launches start to finish, and keeping the marketing engine running day to day across every channel
- Whatever moves the needle, you spot it, you own it, you ship it
Requirements:
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in a generalist role spanning strategy, content, and social
- Deep, current knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta: algorithms, formats, and trends
- Self-directed, creative, and comfortable executing without your hand held
Location:
- Hybrid, in office 2-3 days per week in Milton Keynes
Compensation:
- £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
