Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our busy service department.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the service team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workshop. Helping to maintain the high standards expected of a manufacturer-approved repairer.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Liaising with workshop controllers and technicians
- Preparing and managing job cards and service documentation
- Processing invoices and managing payments
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and completion times
- Ensuring records are maintained in line with manufacturer standards
- General administrative support for the service department
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or service advisor role (automotive or commercial vehicle experience desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and workshop management software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and team-oriented

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Saturday mornings on a 1 in 4 rota basis
