Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory audits, and coordinate replenishment efforts to optimize product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Proven management experience in retail or sales environments with strong supervisory skills.

Pay: £12.71-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
