Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated person to join our team as a Junior Production Assistant. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the woodwork construction and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of our bespoke wooden gates throughout the entire production journey- this will include assembly, finish and dispatch
- Support the optimisation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings to enhance operational performance
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Eagerness to learn about manufacturing processes and woodworking
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative and independence
Pay: From £25,389.00 per year
