Manufacturing Operative's – Excellent Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the department, duties may include:
- Operating production and manufacturing equipment
- Supplying materials to production lines
- Carrying out quality inspections and visual checks
- Recording production information accurately
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Working safely within a busy manufacturing environment
- Manual handling of materials and components
- Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
- Supporting production targets and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production or engineering experience is desirable
- Warehouse, machine operating or industrial experience is advantageous
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Pay & Benefits
Competitive Pay
Overtime Rates
- x1.5 – £19.89 per hour
- x1.57 – £20.82 per hour
- x1.77 – £23.47 per hour
- x2 – £26.52 per hour
Working Hours
- Average of 34.5 hours one fortnight
- Average of 46 hours the next fortnight (temporary until Sept/ Oct)
Shift Pattern
- Shift A/B: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- Shift C/D: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- Rotating Days & Nights
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 7:15pm
- Night Shift: 7:00pm – 7:15am
