Duties
- Provide professional beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, nails body treatments, eyelashes
- Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products that meet individual skincare goals
- Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace by following health and safety protocols at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients through attentive communication and outstanding customer service
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future visits
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver cutting-edge services
Requirements
- Proven experience in beauty therapy, including makeup application and skincare treatments
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively connect with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred
- Passionate about helping clients feel confident and beautiful through personalized care
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
