Recruitment Now Open – Evolve Therapeutic Residential Home (Opening September)
We're really excited to announce that our first Evolve Therapeutic Residential Home is due to open at the beginning of September, and we're now recruiting passionate professionals to join the founding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a clinically led, trauma-informed residential service supporting children and young people with complex mental health, SEMH and neurodevelopmental needs.
We're recruiting for:
Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) – £30.00 per hour
Senior Complex Support Workers – £20.00 per hour
Complex Support Workers – £18.00 per hour
The service will deliver:
- 24-hour therapeutic care
- Trauma-informed and neuroaffirming support
- Emotional regulation and relationship-based interventions
- Community engagement and life skills development
- Close multidisciplinary working with nursing, psychotherapy, psychology, occupational therapy and education professionals
We're looking for people who are:
✅ Compassionate, reliable and emotionally intelligent
✅ Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
✅ Experienced in mental health, SEMH, autism, ADHD or trauma-informed care (desirable)
✅ Committed to providing consistent, therapeutic support as part of a close-knit team
