About the role. We are looking for friendly, attentive Waiters/Waitresses to join the front-of-house team. You’ll deliver a warm, professional service and help create a memorable experience for every guest.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet, seat and look after guests throughout their visit.
- Take food and drink orders and enter them accurately.
- Advise on the menu, specials and allergens; recommend and upsell.
- Serve food and beverages and manage table flow and turnaround.
- Set up, maintain and clear tables (mise en place).
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain hygiene, presentation and service standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar for smooth service.

Essential
- Friendly, presentable and a strong team player.
- Able to work at pace in a busy environment.
- Good spoken English and customer-service manner.
Desirable
- Previous service experience.
- Allergen awareness; POS/till familiarity.
HOURS & PATTERN
Full- or part-time; shift work including evenings and weekends.
