The role of a Packaging Assistant, will involve working in Fiveways' Food to Go Department & will have the following duties and responsibilities at their place of work:
- Packing food into appropriate packaging and labelling them appropriately
- Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met
- Maintaining a clean working area.
- Merchandising the sales floor area.
- Working well as part of a team and ability to work using own initiative
- Store food items correctly & in the correct conditions (refrigerate/ freeze etc)
- Maintain appropriate volumes of packaging and place orders to replenish same.
Please note this is a Full Time position & will include a Weekend Shift.
