What experience you will have:
· Previous senior waiting experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
· A warm, friendly approach and genuine passion for looking after guests
· Confidence taking orders, running sections and supporting smooth service
· Good food and drink knowledge, or a willingness to learn quickly
· Clear communication and a positive team attitude
· Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services
· Strong attention to detail
