The Crown is a friendly, family-owned pub in the heart of Cirencester. Our wonderful apprentice has graduated and we now have the opportunity to offer another apprenticeship position.
No experience needed. You just need to be friendly, hardworking and willing to learn. The pub does get busy so confidence dealing with people and moving through crowds is essential. Under the guidance of our experienced Management team and your training provider, you will learn all aspects of a level 2 hospitality role. Your training will be funded and all study time paid for.
Please note that due to the nature of this industry, evening and weekend work is required.
You will learn how to –
- Greet and serve customers
- Work within a busy bar
- Assist the kitchen team and learn the fundamentals of a busy kitchen
- Learn the basics of stock control and cellar management
- The importance of health & safety and how to maintain it
- Keep the pub clean and tidy
Minor manual lifting and bending is also necessary on a frequent basis.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
