Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Technician/Collector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of various types of arcade machines. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs of adjustments
- Collaborate with production teams to understand machinery needs and troubleshoot any operational problems
- Maintain accurate records or maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Take customer calls and assist with machine technical problems over the phone
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Travel to sites to repair machines
- Travel to sites to collect income from arcade machines, mostly (but not exclusively) in the summer months
Experience
- Proven experience working as a machine technician or in a similar maintenance role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and operational instructions clearly
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance and repairs
- Prior experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or processing environments preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to industrial operations
- Must be able to drive - van provided for travel

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
