What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating specialist heavy haulage vehicles and trailers to a high standard.
- Moving CAT 3 abnormal loads safely across various routes.
- Carrying out itinerant work, typically leaving the yard at the start of the week.
- Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with STGO regulations.
- Working closely with the team to coordinate complex logistics and site deliveries.
- Maintaining a high standard of vehicle care and reporting any faults immediately.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience specifically in heavy haulage or abnormal loads.
- Valid HGV Class 1 license with relevant STGO experience.
- NPORS Plant Load and Secure qualification.
- Experience with drop neck low loaders.
- A reliable and careful approach to handling high-value specialist machinery.
- Pride in doing a job properly and maintaining safety at all times.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and support others when needed.
