Lads and Dads Barbershop is looking for a skilled and reliable barber to join our growing, community-focused shop. We have a strong base of loyal clients alongside regular walk-ins, giving you a great opportunity to earn consistently and build your own clientele.
We’re looking for someone confident in their craft, professional with clients, and able to fit into a friendly team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality haircuts (skin fades, tapers, scissor cuts).
- Provide beard trims and grooming services.
- Consult with clients to achieve their desired look.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Build and retain a loyal client base.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year barbering experience preferred.
- Confident in all aspects of barbering, especially fades.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
