Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene regulations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately and responding to inquiries.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
