Your role will include:
- Assisting during SCIO BioResonance sessions
- Welcoming and supporting clients
- Managing appointments and clinic administration
- Social media and basic office support
- Full training provided
Responsibilities
- Manage the SCIO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently, ensuring optimal time management.
- Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, inventory tracking, and ordering supplies to maintain an organized workspace.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for meetings or conferences as needed.
- Support billing processes, invoicing, and expense tracking to ensure timely payments and record accuracy.
Experience
- Proven administrative experience in an office environment, ideally supporting senior executives or professionals in health or wellness fields.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; typing speed is a plus.
- Previous clerical experience involving file management, scheduling, and office administration.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
