Teach and Connect are looking for strong, experienced and passionate Teaching Assistants to work in mainstream primary schools across Reading and the surrounding areas.
At the beginning of the school year, we regularly receive a number of 1:1 Teaching Assistant vacancies, supporting individual pupils who need additional help to access learning and thrive within a mainstream school environment.
We are particularly keen to hear from experienced TAs who are confident working 1:1 and genuinely passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
We’re looking for people who:
- Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or LSA
- Ideally have experience providing 1:1 support
- Are confident supporting pupils with additional needs
- Are patient, resilient and able to build strong relationships
- Are reliable and passionate about helping children make progress
