Waiter / Waitress – Primo Caffè
Location: Primo CaffèJob Type: Full-Time (5 shifts per week)Availability: Fully flexible Monday to Sunday, including weekends.

The Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You’ll be the face of our café, delivering outstanding service while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Keep the café clean, organised, and well presented.
- Replenish stock and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Smart appearance and professional manner.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Fully flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
