As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to build partnerships, increase referrals, and identify new growth opportunities while helping us deliver outstanding care across our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, commissioners, brokerage teams, hospitals and referral agencies.
- Generate new supported living referrals and occupancy opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contracts.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions and framework applications.
- Build relationships with landlords, housing associations and partner organisations.
- Represent Alpha Supported Living at networking events, meetings and conferences.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sustainable business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activity and referrals
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in business development, marketing or commissioning within health and social care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of supported living, adult social care or domiciliary care.
- Experience working with local authorities or NHS partners (desirable).
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and target-driven approach.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,248.00 per year
