NexGen Football Club was formed with the aim to supersede present day standards in youth football development. NexGen is more than a name, it's a mindset. We are a forward thinking and progressive community grassroots club for boys and girls, setting new boundaries in amateur coaching standards and adopting best in class approaches to bridge the gap between amateur grassroots football and professional academies.
Summary
We are seeking experienced and passionate football coaches to manage and develop teams across our U7–U12 age groups.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high quality coaching sessions, managing match days, and supporting the technical, tactical, and personal development of young players in a positive and structured environment.
Training one evening per week, either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday. The specific night is determined by the team you are assigned to.
Matches — Saturdays (Epsom & Ewell Youth Football League)
Sundays (Tandridge League)
Age groups — U7 through to U12.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging weekly training sessions, manage and coach your team on match days Support the technical, tactical, and personal development of young players.
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all players.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff.
Uphold and promote the values and standards of NexGen Football Club.
Contribute to the wider development and culture of the club.
Experience & requirements
Minimum FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification (UEFA C or equivalent)
FA Youth Module 2 or above
FA Emergency Aid Certificate
FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
Current enhanced FA DBS check (we can assist with obtaining this)
Previous experience coaching youth football
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
Reliable, professional, and genuinely committed to player developmentDriver preferred but not essential
