Our client is a fast growing, forward thinking design and build contractor with 10 active sites and a strong £80mil pipeline of new projects nationally most notably care homes.
They require a site manager for a new project in the Weybridge area starting early July.
Requirements for this role include -
-SMSTS
-First aid
-CSCS card.
-Good communication skills
-IT skills
Experience within the care home build sector would be an advantage. You must also have experience in seeing a project through from enabling works through to finishing stages and handover.
Duties include -
- Day to day running of the site alongside the Project Manager.
- Overseeing trades checking quality daily and delivering a quality build with low
snags/defects.
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are completed to a high
standard of quality on time and within budget.
- Site inductions
- Tool Box talks
- Manage health and safety.
