About The Role
As a Welder Fabricator Operative at Maxflow, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your day-to-day will involve manufacturing chassis and key product components with precision, utilising your expert fabricating and welding skills. You'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including various welders like MIG and TIG, and occasionally operate CNC machinery such as our Mandrel tube bender, Press Brake, and Plasma Cutter.
This role is not just about production; it's about innovation. We encourage forward-thinking, and you'll be empowered to suggest practical improvements to our existing and new product lines. Required Criteria
