Riverside Lodge Hotel is looking for enthusiastic, experienced and passionate Bar Staff to join our growing team.
With multiple exciting bars across the hotel, including our popular Cocktail Bar, busy Function Bar, and the brand new Skean Dhu Bar, this is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role
Working closely with our existing bar team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and professionalism.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, cocktails, beers, wines and spirits.
- Delivering exceptional guest service in all bar areas.
- Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and making recommendations.
- Supporting weddings, events, functions and private celebrations.
- Ensuring the bar is clean, organised and fully stocked at all times.
- Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Following all licensing, food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Working as part of a close-knit team to achieve service excellence.
About You
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have previous experience working in a busy bar environment.
- Have cocktail experience (preferred but not essential).
- Are confident, personable and professional.
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Are flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Take pride in delivering high standards every shift.
