The State Hospital is seeking to recruit a Senior Estates Manager with expertise in building maintenance, capital projects, water safety and ventilation management.
This is a key leadership role that will support the development and sustainability of the hospital estate over the next 1025 years through effective capital planning, project delivery and robust compliance arrangements. The post holder will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, secure and fit-for-purpose environment for patients, staff and visitors.
The role is responsible for all aspects of the Hard FM function, including business risk management, quality assurance, statutory compliance and the development and delivery of long-term maintenance strategies.
Experience
Degree qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience in a relevant discipline.
