Summary
We are looking for a TA who can join our team in supporting inclusion. The role will be based in our NEST provision in the morning which specifically supports children with SEND. In the afternoon, the role will be in class supporting some children from the Nest and others in class. We are an ambitious school and are recognised within the locality for our inclusive approach to education. We are passionate about teaching and learning for all children and we need the very best adults to make this happen.
We can offer you an experienced, supportive and friendly team and the most wonderful children. The role is temporary for the year but may become permanent if funding allows.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Essential Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 or above qualification appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications
- SEND specific qualification
- First aid
Essential Experience
- Experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working with children who have SEND
Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
