About the Role
As a Team Member at Innoflate Newport, you will help create an energetic and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. From supervising the inflatable arena to delivering fantastic customer service, you'll play an important part in keeping the park running smoothly.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in busy environments, and love being part of a fun team.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and bookings
- Support reception with enquiries and customer questions
- Ensure every guest has a fun and safe experience
Arena Supervision
- Monitor inflatable activities and enforce safety rules
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to guests
- Respond quickly and professionally to any incidents
Parties & Events
- Help host birthday parties and group bookings
- Assist with set-up, organisation, and delivery of events
- Ensure party guests have an amazing experience
Café Support
- Assist with serving food and drinks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Support busy service periods
Venue Standards
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the park
- Complete cleaning and safety checks when required
- Support the wider team to keep the venue operating efficiently
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and flexible with shift availability
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
