About The Job
We are looking for social, enthusiastic, proactive and helpful people who really want to join the Station South team. If you are hard working, keen to learn new skills and help make Station South a great place to work and to visit, we want to hear from you.
For our front of house team we’re looking for people that are:
- Strong table service skills (able to run a 30 cover section)
- Confident on the bar
- Willing to help out with whatever needs doing
- Hard working and enjoys a busy shift
- Passionate about food and drink
- Friendly and approachable
- Clean and tidy
- Keen to learn new skills
- Committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone and giving excellent customer service
- This role may involve standing, walking, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- This role may require lifting, carrying, or moving items weighing up to 20 kg.
- This role requires working at pace during busy service periods, including peak times such as lunches, events, and weekend service.

What you’ll be doing
- Waiting tables
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the building and gardens
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Preparing drinks
- Ensuring excellent food and drink quality standards for customers
What you’ll have
- Excellent food and drink knowledge
- Experience of waiting tables and/ serving drinks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Eagerness to support all areas of the business
