This is not a hard sales role based on pressure or discounting. It is about responding quickly, building trust, understanding customer needs, and selling value over price.
Who were looking for:
- Confident on the phone, strong with customers, and motivated
- Experience in sales or a customer service-based role
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- A commercial mindset with a customer first approach
- The ability to sell value, not just price
- Automotive background is desirable, but not essential
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries for minor car body repairs
- Speaking with customers by phone, email and digital channels
- Reviewing repair details and customer photos
- Preparing and communicating quotes clearly and professionally
- Following up opportunities to improve conversion
- Explaining the value of the Revive! service, convenience and quality
- Turning enquiries into bookings through excellent communication and customer care
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover into operations
