About the Role
We are recruiting a highly organised and accurate Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operation.
This is a key operational role responsible for creating and allocating picking tasks, monitoring order progress, maintaining accurate stock records and providing general administrative support to the warehouse team. You will work closely with warehouse colleagues, supervisors and agency staff to ensure orders are processed efficiently and deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain administration role and will be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, allocate and prioritise picking tasks across all warehouse areas.
- Monitor order progress to ensure picking and dispatch deadlines are achieved.
- Identify and escalate delays, stock shortages and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
- Support stock investigations, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor agency staff attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Provide administrative support for labour planning and staffing requirements.
- Complete general warehouse administration, reports and documentation.
- Enter and update information accurately within WMS and ERP systems.
- Produce and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, supervisors and other departments.
- Follow company procedures relating to health and safety, stock control and data accuracy.
Skills and ExperienceEssential
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or supply chain administration.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage changing workloads.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Desirable
- Experience allocating picking tasks or supporting warehouse planning.
- Previous involvement in stock investigations or cycle counting.
- Experience monitoring agency labour or staff attendance.
- Knowledge of warehouse picking, packing and dispatch processes.

Working Hours
Shift Patterns can vary. Normal Operating hours are 6:00 to 23:00, Sunday to Friday.
