Bloom & Care is Bedford’s only independent, nurse-led home care provider rated Outstanding by the CQC. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and professional Community Care Assistant to join our friendly team, providing high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes across Bedford.
Working Pattern
This role includes:
- Every other Saturday and Sunday, 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Weekly flexiwork, allowing you to choose additional shifts each week:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm and/or
- 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Minimum commitment of 5 flexiwork shifts per month

What We’re Looking For
- A caring, reliable, and professional individual
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Living in or around the Bedford area
- Able to work the required shift pattern
