Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, Top Boucher Road Limited based in Belfast, is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to become an integral member of its management team. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's leading retail and hospitality groups. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the financial management of multiple companies across the Group while working closely with the Managing Director and external financial advisers to help drive continued growth and operational excellence.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial management of several Group companies while ensuring strong financial controls and timely reporting across the business. You will become the key finance professional within the Group, working alongside SP McKeown & Co Ltd, who act as the Group's external accountants and strategic financial advisers.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you will not only produce financial information but also help improve business performance through stronger financial controls, improved systems and better management information.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple companies.
- Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Financial reporting and KPI analysis.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- VAT returns and statutory compliance.
- Assist with year-end accounts and audit preparation.
- Monitor the financial performance of each business within the Group.
- Support departmental managers with commercial decision making.
- Develop and improve internal financial reporting.
- Ensure robust financial controls operate across all Group companies.
- Work closely with SP McKeown & Co Ltd to implement financial control procedures, recommendations and best practice throughout the business.
- Take ownership of implementing improvements identified by the external accountants to strengthen financial reporting, internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Act as the internal finance lead, ensuring recommendations are embedded into the day-to-day operation of the Group.
- Continually review business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will possess:
- Part or Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Minimum four years' experience within retail, hospitality or another fast-paced commercial environment.
- Experience preparing management accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple businesses simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and improving business performance.
- A genuine desire to progress into a senior finance leadership role.

Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
