We're looking for an organised and people-focused Crewing Supervisor to join our growing team.
Working alongside the Crewing Manager and three other Crewing Supervisors, you'll play a key role in ensuring our fleet is safely and efficiently crewed while supporting the welfare and development of our seafarers.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for managing a dedicated cluster of vessels and crew, including:
- Coordinating crew travel, accommodation, transport, visas and logistics.
- Maintaining crew certification records and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting crew welfare and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Conducting vessel visits and gathering crew feedback.
- Managing crew rotas and ensuring vessels remain adequately manned.
- Liaising with travel providers to manage bookings, amendments and cancellations.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new crew members.
- Assisting with pay reviews and welfare discussions.
- Maintaining accurate personnel records
- Completing reporting, invoicing and other administrative duties.
What we're looking for
Essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, crew and external stakeholders.
Desirable
- Previous experience in maritime crewing, HR or maritime operations.
- Knowledge of maritime regulations, including STCW and the ISM Code.
- Professional experience arranging business travel.
- Current STCW certification.
Working hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
