Key Tutors Ltd is a growing online tuition company dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals through high-quality, personalised teaching. We work with students across a wide range of ages and abilities, delivering engaging one-to-one lessons entirely online.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and reliable tutors to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking tutors who can teach one or more of the following across any examination board:
- 11+ preparation
- KS2, KS3 and GCSE subjects
- A Level subjects
- University admissions interview preparation (including Oxbridge and Medicine/Dentistry where applicable)
- Entrance exam preparation (e.g. 11+, independent school admissions, university admissions tests)
Tutors are welcome to specialise in one subject or level, or teach across multiple areas.
All lessons are delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality one-to-one online tuition.
- Plan and tailor lessons to meet each student's individual needs.
- Track student progress and provide feedback where possible upon tutee request.
- Maintain a professional, punctual and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and the Key Tutors Ltd team where required.
Requirements
We're looking for tutors who have:
- Excellent subject knowledge in the subjects they teach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates).
- A reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for online teaching.
- The ability to explain challenging concepts clearly and adapt lessons to different learning styles.
Experience preparing students for selective school entrance exams, university admissions interviews, or admissions tests is particularly desirable.
