Infinite Mindcare, located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, is a licensed, multi-specialty outpatient counseling center also offering programs for addictions, first responders, and severe mental illness.
We are seeking a full-time, experienced, licensed, Doctoral-level Psychologist, Master Level Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker to work at our thriving practice. (We also have other ads looking for a Marriage and Family Therapist along with an Eating Disorder Specialist (Counselor/Psychologist).
Job Duties:
- Provide individual therapy (and possible group) to teens and adults with an array of emotional and behavioral challenges
- Consult/coordinate care with other service providers to enhance treatment outcome
- Participate in multiple yearly events in order to promote mental health awareness and advocacy in the community
Requirements:
- At least 5 years post licensure experience required
- Eligibility for registration with the Cayman Islands Health Regulatory Council (CPAM)
- LICENSES FROM THESE COUNTRIES ONLY ACCEPTED: Jamaica, USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia
- Training and experience working with trauma (EMDR certified, etc)
- Post-qualification experience working in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, Somatic Experiencing, etc.
- Experience working with diverse cultural populations
- Experience working with first responders is preferred.
- Must be personable, and relatable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain documentation in a timely manner using our EHR platform, Dr. Chrono.
