Plumber – Student Accommodation Refurb
Location: Preston
Pay: £25.00 per hour CIS
Hours: Approximately 9 hours per day
Duration: 2 weeks
TimesGroup Ltd are looking for experienced Plumbers to assist with the refurbishment of student accommodation in Preston.
This is straightforward, repetitive work involving the installation of sanitaryware, fittings and redundant plumbing services ahead of a full refurbishment.
The work is to start Wednesday 2nd September, so applicants must be available to start immediately.
Duties
- Installation and replacement of sanitaryware.
- Installation of taps and associated fittings.
- Installation of wastes and pipework.
- Connecting plumbing fixtures to existing services.
- Minor alterations and adjustments to existing plumbing.
- General plumbing and refurbishment works as required.
- Maintaining clean and tidy working areas.
- Working in accordance with site Health & Safety requirements.
Applicants must have:
- Valid CSCS card
- Relevant plumbing experience
- Previous site or refurbishment experience
- Own hand tools
- Full PPE
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Immediate availability
