Experienced Barista – Italian Coffee Shop

Caffè Amaro is an Italian coffee shop in the heart of Earl’s Court, combining high-quality coffee with genuine Italian hospitality and customer service.
We are currently looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, passionate about coffee, friendly with customers and comfortable working in a busy environment.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Barista in a quality coffee shop
- Strong espresso preparation and milk steaming skills
- Good knowledge of grinder adjustment and dialling in
- Ability to produce consistent coffee throughout the day
- Latte art skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Comfortable working independently when required
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Good level of English
The role
You will be responsible for preparing and serving our coffee menu to a consistently high standard, maintaining a clean and organised coffee station and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
At Caffè Amaro, hospitality is just as important as the coffee. We want our customers to feel the warmth and friendliness of an Italian café while enjoying great coffee in London.
