Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials management, stocking, and shipping. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Warehouse Operations
- Accurately pick and pack stock, equipment, and bar kit for events according to event requirements.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly selected, packed, and recorded.
- Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all event stock and equipment are organised, stored correctly, and readily available.
- Clean, maintain, and inspect equipment to ensure it is event-ready.
- Return stock and equipment to designated warehouse locations following events.
- Count and reconcile stock returned from events, reporting any discrepancies, losses, or damages.
Event Setup & Breakdown
- Transport equipment and stock to event locations as required.
- Assist with unloading vehicles on-site.
- Set up bars, refrigeration units, glassware, equipment, and associated event infrastructure.
- Ensure all equipment is presented to a high standard and ready for operation.
- Dismantle bars and equipment after events.
- Safely pack and load all equipment for return to the warehouse.
Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels across the warehouse and various event locations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory counts.
- Track stock movements between locations.
- Identify stock shortages and communicate them promptly to management.
- Assist with ordering consumables, stock, and equipment when required.
- Ensure all stock is properly accounted for and stored securely.
Vehicle & Equipment Care
- Ensure company vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently.
- Report any vehicle, equipment, or stock issues immediately.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in materials handling techniques and equipment operation, including forklifts. .
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 kg).
- Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
