Luxury Hotel - Office Administrator
The Petersham
Privately owned, The Petersham, a luxury 61-bedroom hotel and restaurant on Richmond Hill overlooking the River Thames is seeking a full time Office Administrator, to support a busy, buzzy, hotel admin operation.
We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic, accurate and experienced individual, who enjoys a busy office (circa 6 pers) and workplace environment. A first-class communicator, with a natural flair for meticulous efficiency and quality.
Admin
- Provide clerical support for The Petersham including, Private Events, Marketing & Sales, Restaurant, Kitchens & Maintenance, Reservations
- Responsibilities to include: preparation and publishing of menus and price lists to a format, wine lists, bar and lounge directories, VIP gifts etc
- General ordering
- Assisting with general day-to-day correspondence, emails etc
- Publication and circulation of standard reports.
- Control of all office requirements (printing, post, photocopiers, printers, office deliveries)
- Responsibility for stationery stocks / store and inventory.
- Communication throughout all hotel departments
- Recruitment administration (advertising)
- Reporting to the General Manager
General Digital Proficiency - to include (all or some)
- Computer literate with programmes such as Word, Excel, publisher, InDesign and Photoshop
- General experience of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc

Salary: £30,000 per year plus share of tronc
