We are seeking a Senior Contract Coordinator to coordinate the operational delivery of the Asset Intelligence & Information Governance function across multiple contracts, programmes and business initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Intelligence & Information Governance, you will provide programme coordination, governance, planning and reporting support, ensuring activities remain aligned with business priorities, contractual commitments and organisational standards.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain programme oversight, manage governance activities and support senior leadership.
The successful candidate will ensure actions, deliverables and workstreams are effectively planned, monitored and delivered across a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational delivery of the Asset Intelligence & Information Governance function across multiple programmes, projects and business initiatives.
- Develop, maintain and monitor integrated programme plans, delivery schedules and resource trackers to support successful delivery.
- Attend leadership, client and programme meetings, recording decisions, actions and outcomes, and ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
- Coordinate workloads across the function, working with management and technical leads to balance priorities, resources and delivery commitments.
- Produce and maintain executive reports, performance dashboards, governance documentation and management information to support decision-making.
- Maintain programme governance, including risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, decision logs and programme documentation.
- Monitor programme performance, identifying risks, dependencies, resource constraints and opportunities for improvement, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Support the planning and delivery of mobilisations, operational changes, business improvement initiatives and strategic programmes while ensuring contractual deliverables and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time.
