What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor,you’ll help deliver the relaxed-but-impeccable service The Hare & Hounds is known for:

Lead the hotel team and Restaurant Team during service — setting the tone for warmth and efficiency

Support and guide FOH colleagues — coaching newer team members

Assist with daily operational tasks — including bookings and seating plans

Champion quality service — ensuring food & drink leave the pass perfectly

Maintain beautiful presentation — keeping bar,restaurant & terrace spaces guest‑ready

Be a welcoming,familiar face — helping build relationships with local guests
