Front of House / Hospitality Team Member Family-Owned Village Gastro Pub with Bed & Breakfast Rooms
The New Inn is a welcoming, family-run village gastro pub, set in the beautiful rural village of West Knighton (just outside Dorchester) with nine charming bed and breakfast rooms, known for our warm atmosphere, quality food, and excellent guest experience. We are looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our hospitality team.

Role responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service to both pub, restaurant and B&B guests
- Supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Assisting with guest check-ins and general front-of-house duties
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working hours: Shifts are varied and will include:
- Breakfast and lunch shifts
- Split shifts (lunch and dinner service)
- Occasional long days
- Evenings and weekends (essential)
- You will typically receive two days off per week.
About you:
- Friendly, positive, and hard-working
- Flexible and able to work a range of shifts
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential

Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour
