Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 + Bonus

The Role As a PIP Disability Assessor, you will:
- Conduct three structured assessments per day via telephone and face-to-face consultation
- Evaluate how health conditions impact daily living and functional ability
- Review medical evidence and health questionnaires
- Produce clear, objective, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
A non-treatment, adult-focused role centred on clinical reasoning and professional judgement.
Training Programme All successful candidates complete a comprehensive 6-week training programme covering:
- Assessment techniques and best practice
- DWP guidelines and requirements
- Professional report writing and IT systems
Fully paid and fully supported.
Who We’re Looking For Registered adult healthcare professionals:
- Registered Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General)
- Occupational Therapists (adult-focused)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year post-registration recent experience in an adult clinical setting
- At least 1 year active NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Confident typing, report writing, and IT ability
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
