We are seeking 2 cleaners to join our team at LCD Support Services Ltd from the 8th September and the 15th September. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks to ensure our clients' and customer spaces are spotless and welcoming. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for quality service in the community. This vacancy is a permanent position so would not be ideal for anyone looking for temporary work.
The below are the hours which are available:
Week 1 - You will be required to work the following:
Monday 10.00 – 13.30, 14.30 – 18.30 (7.5hrs)
Tuesday 16.00 - 18.00 (2hrs) from 15th September
Thursday 14.30 – 18.30 (4hrs)
Friday 14.30 – 18.30 (4hrs)
Week 2 - You will be required to work the following:
Thursday 16.00 to 18.00 (2hrs)
Friday 14.00 - 16.00 (2hrs) from 18th September and 16.00 – 18.00 (2hrs)
Saturday 10.00 – 13.30, 14.30 – 18.00 (7hrs)
Sunday 10.00 – 13.30, 14.30 – 18.00 (7hrs)
The above is on a rota basis, you would be required to work every other weekend, one week your hours would be 17.5hrs, the following week would be 20hrs, you will also be required to work on bank holidays, as this vacancy is located at a popular tourist attraction in Lancaster. You will be required to undertake 2 full days training.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong time keeping management is a necessity.
- COSHH knowledge is essential.
