Roebuck Estates is a premium producer of exceptional vintage sparkling wines, and we are seeking Bartenders for our Roebuck English Sparkling Wine bar in Brighton. We are looking for full time and part time positions to cover our opening days of Wednesday – Sunday throughout July and August.

Bartender Key Responsibilities:
· Serve wine and other beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
· Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
· Act as a brand ambassador, confidently engaging with guests and promoting our wines and events.
· Provide wine recommendations and answer customer questions about products.
· Process payments accurately using POS systems.
· Assist with event setup, stock management, and venue breakdown.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
· Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and licensing requirements.
Bartender Skills and Experience:
· Previous hospitality or events experience is desirable
· Well-presented, confident, and guest-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
· Strong communication skills with a calm and professional manner
· Highly reliable, flexible, and adaptable
· A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
· Wine knowledge an advantage
· Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
