Overview
Self employed joiner with previous experience on new build house developments, Must be experience in a least 2 of the following fixes:
Joist/Main Roof/ 1st Fix/2nd Fix/Final
We have sites all over the north west, You will be required to work in the Preston/Poulton-le-Fylde area
Work will be price work.
Responsibilities
- Sign into site office
- Complete measured work to NHBC standard
- Follow health and safety rules and requirements on site
- Pass over clean plot to next trades
- Liase with site management, other trades and director
- Invoice work on time on agreed time scale once hired
- Read technical drawings
Requirements:
- Transport
- Correct Tools & PPE for new build house developments
- CSCS card
- CIS registered
- Insurance
- Worked on new build house sites previously
Experience:
- joinery new build: 5 years (required)
