Granite & TREND Transformations is a global brand that provides a unique kitchen makeover solution. We are actively looking skilled tradesmen to fit our unique granite/quartz worktops based in the West Yorkshire area
At the core of our offering is a 7mm engineered stone that we apply over existing kitchen worktops. We will provide a 1-week induction-training course on the installation of Etherium® By E-Stone worktops.
The successful applicant will play an important role in helping to grow a long established franchise presence, which will service customers in and around Yorkshire. Ideally over 3 years experience fitting worktops or working in a joinery role is required.
The job description:
- Collection of worktops, doors and hardware from our workshop in Wakefield.
- Be onsite, at the customer’s home at 8.30am and prepare the area for installation.
- Meet and greet customers and explain the workflow for the project.
- You will encounter unexpected challenges with some projects and therefore need the ability to overcome problems, think methodically and be flexible with your days and hours of work.
- Deliver our unique Reveal Process to the customer upon completion of the project.
- Your skills: Good communication skills, focused on customer service, a team player, highly organised, punctual and has an eye for detail.
- Also involves visiting each customer and ensuring templated are created as per the original sales agreement
- Could also involve carrying out customer care when required
- We guarantee a minimum of 4 days work at excellent day rates
Workshop location is in Wakefield with Free Parking. Area we cover includes West, East, South and North Yorkshire.
Full training will be provided
